I hope your summer is going well. If you’re still looking for a permit, many parks are releasing last-minute reservations, and you can get notified when we find cancellations.
Notable deadlines in August
- August 1–25: Zion’s Subway lottery for trips between October 1 and December 31.
- August 1: Rocky Mountain entrance reservations open trips in September.
- August 1: Mount St. Helens day-use reservations open for trips in September.
California
Inyo — overnight
